Orders & Shipments
Shipment and return expenses, as well as customs duty and local taxes are charged to the customer.
Order
An e-mail including your “order number” will be sent to you as soon as the goods have been ordered.
You will be then able to track your shipment all through its journey using your “order number”.
Shipment
Every order is sent through the intermediary of French Post via its affiliates:
- Colissimo : for France
- Delivengo : for the rest of the world
Shipment costs per shoe pair:
Shipment costs are charged to the customer:
- Within France: 13€ (incl. Tax)
- To Europe (except for Switzerland): 16€ (incl. Tax)
- To the rest of the world, as well as Switzerland: 25€ (incl. Tax)
Customs duty and local taxes are charged to the customer if applicable.
Delivery time:
- France: 5 days
- Rest of the world: 8 days
Mr Painterman cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, which will not give right to any refund.
