Returns

To perform a return, it’s necessary that you e-mail us at painterman@mr-painterman.com to notify us and explain your request. In this e-mail, you are to specify your order number.
A “return number” will be sent to you by e-mail. Without this “return number”, no return will be accepted by Mr. Painterman.
Shipping costs to return the shoes shall be borne by the client.

In all cases of return, the product (including accessories) shall be returned in original condition and wrapping, unworn, in good condition, with original tags, and proper package.

Exchanges

All shoe models (save for special orders and tailored models that are neither exchangeable nor refundable) may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of product receipt.
Those may be exchanged for another size or model. If the product is exchanged for another model of a different price, as applicable, the difference will be refunded or invoiced additionally.

The new shipping costs shall be borne by the client.
If Mr Painterman has no desired size/shoe, the client will be notified by email and may decide to request a refund, or change the order.

In case of a workmanship defect or improperly supplied shoes, the Client shall notify us within 3 days upon product receipt. The Client may request an exchange or a refund. Photos are to be attached to the e-mail with return request.

The product (including accessories) shall be returned in original condition and wrapping, unworn, in good condition, with original tags, and properly packaged.

Order cancellation

Save for the case of tailored products, you may cancel your order within 14 days after you have received your shoes.
A request for cancellation shall be submitted by email to : painterman@mr-painterman.com specifying the order number.
You will need to wait for your “return number” to send us the shoes.

Before any refund, we will take into account the condition of the product returned to us. If the shoes have dirty soles, signs of wear, damaged or warped upper, Mr Painterman will not accept the return and refund the shoes. For notify of such cases, Mr. Painterman will send an e-mail with photos to the client.
(We recommend that you try your shoes on a carpet/mat).

The product (including accessories) shall be returned in original condition and wrapping, unworn, in good condition, with original tags, and properly packaged.

The shoes will be refunded via the payment method used in the order.
